Please note that this website is a dedicated Clearance Outlet, and for us to be able to offer these low prices to you, we have to enforce a strict No Return Policy.
Please choose carefully as we will not accept returns if:
- you change your mind;
- the item didn’t fit you;
- if you believe the item is a small or a generous make; or
- if the item was bought as a gift.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee, in the event of a returned item for any of the reasons above.
The re-stocking fee allows us to recover costs for:
- payment transaction fees;
- handling costs; and
- lost opportunity to sell the item to another customer.
Return postage charges are the responsibility of, and must be paid for by the customer. We will not be responsible for items posted back to us, that are lost by Australia Post. We recommend that you pay the extra to register your parcel.
We do not offer a free exchange service.
In the item description, we will always declare if an item is damaged or ex-display. We will also state the official sizing on the garment label (for example UK32C), if different from the item heading (for example Size 10).
In the event that a fault goes unseen by us, please email our Complaints Team at email@example.com. DO NOT post the item back to this store without contacting us first, as returns without a supporting Return Authorisation Number will be returned to sender.
We use Australia Post Parcel-Post satchels, which come with their own unique tracking number. You may choose either Standard Post or Express Post. Postage charges are dependant upon how much you purchase, but are generally weight-specific.
3 bras weighing 150 grams each will allow you to purchase a 500g satchel.
Some items that are wide or bulky (e.g. a 16G heavily padded bra that can’t be folded inwards) and won’t fit into a 500 gram satchel, will attract a larger parcel charge.
Postage charges will be calculated at the checkout. Sorry, but we do not offer international postage at this stage.
For local customers, you may choose Pick Up From In-Store, and ONLY if you are able to collect the parcel within 7 days. If after 7 days, and you have not made contact with us, your purchase will be refunded and the item/s will be re-offered for sale on the website.
